The nuclear atom quiz

Choose the BEST answer for each question.  There are 40 questions and each will appear one at a time.  You may not go back and change an answer.  There is a question at the end that counts 5 points.  Take your time.  If you choose to take the quiz again (you may do so up to 3 times), your highest score will count.  You will have different questions each time.
